OTR Metropolis is a locally owned small business dedicated to developing historic buildings for urban living. The company was born in 2012 with the purchase of a historic shell on Main St in OTR. This abandoned building was developed into a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath single family urban oasis that was featured on the OTR Holiday Tour of Homes. Developer Bob Sehlhorst is the former Assistant Superintendent of the Oak Hills Local School District. He is a lifelong Cincinnati native and a current resident of OTR. He is an adjunct professor at Xavier University and a historic tour guide for St Mary's Church and the OverTheRhine Brewery District and currently serves on the OverTheRhine Community Council Board of Trustees.
