We have 2 General Admission wrist bands For Railbird Festival 2024 this Saturday June 1st and Sunday June 2nd in Lexington KY at Red Mile AWESOME LINE UP!!! Can sell together or separate. I have them in hand so could meet up "locally" this week.

This is the dear friend and coworker Jim Muchmore who went in for an outpatient hip replacement surgery and unfortunately did not survive.

He has been instrumental in our Coldwell Banker Realty - Ohio Indiana West Regional Office office and Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC for spearheading fundraising for our charitable partners throughout the past few years.

He has single-handedly put on large fundraising events, and has continued to feed a stream of charitable need within our Coldwell Banker Foundation

One of his recent fundraising events raised over $7000!!!

His heart was filled with good and care for others. He was a kind and ethical realtor, always willing to learn, teach, and share. This profession can prove to find all of those things challenging.

Our last conversations on Tuesday were about him having a bionic hip and being out of pain and able to enjoy life with better mobility. We also talked about making lists, prioritizing to do's, things we were excited for in the new year, and I had promised a soup delivery (which I'm still making today) and rides wherever he needed to go.

I still can't believe that he won't be back at the office.

To know him was to love him. Even a small donation will help his family cover expenses that no one expects to incur at the age of 58.
