Removed an under used pantry closet in this kitchen and converted that to a new bar area with new cabinets, tops, and bar refrigerator.

New 16'x16' free standing patio cover. This project we poured a new concrete patio and built the new roof complete with recessed lights in the ceiling and sofits along with a ceiling fan, the ceiling is stained a custom grey with beige trim that matches the existing homes color , and finally a tv to enjoy while relaxing.

Back to the basics, a simple square deck and stairs with a concrete landing. The decking is Timbertech dark cocoa with black impression rail express.

Another finished job. This one was an addition onto the existing concrete patio with a stained cedar free standing roof structure next to and existing pool.

Another one complete. On this project we kept the original deck but removed the old wood railing and replaced it with a new aluminum railing. We also added on to the existing deck and built the new porch roof over the entire deck. Under the new roof is a stained beadboard ceiling with lights and a ceiling fan along with a motorized TV mount to keep the TV up out of the weather when not in use.
