This submerged arc welding manipulator was designed with our customer’s convenience in mind. All of the essentials for submerged arc welding are featured, including Lincoln Electric Power Wave AC/DC 1000 package, Pandjiris powered cross slides and Weld Engineering flux recovery. Our technicians installed a transformer with a power disconnect to consolidate input power and minimize trip hazards. Furthermore, we fabricated a power supply shelf and mounted it on the side of the travel car to extend the operating range of the manipulator. Lastly, we were able to use a combination of new and used equipment to keep our customer’s cost to a minimum!
