Meet our new Office Administrator Pearl!💙

Pearl recently joined Model Group and has already become an important part of the team, helping support day-to-day operations and keeping the office running smoothly.

Q: What is your favorite part about working at Model Group?
“I really enjoy the collaborative environment and the opportunity to learn more about different areas of the business. I also truly enjoy the people here. They’ve made me feel welcomed since day one.”

Q: What has been your favorite project so far?
“As an Office Administrator, I don’t typically work on specific projects, but I play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and helping the office run smoothly. I assist teams across the organization, coordinate behind-the-scenes tasks, and step in wherever needed. I’ve especially enjoyed learning more about LIHTC housing and gaining a deeper understanding of how our work supports the communities we serve.”

Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
“During my free time, I love being creative through filming, editing, and content creation. I also volunteered while I was in Las Vegas for a year at a church and enjoyed creating things that bring people together. For fun, I love trying new restaurants and traveling to places like Nashville, Detroit, and Minneapolis and making memories along the way.”
