Coming in hot with that thiccccc lad special. Only thing thicccer is these thunder thighs I got. Got some v nice smoked turkey from just went right for a basic turkey pesto. Gonna run it today, skip Friday and back on Saturday. Don’t that drizzle stop your plans to burn it all to the ground and have lunch afterwards.

One more for the keeeiids. When Len at Avril told me about a secret wiener that was a one off I was ready for it. Greek seasoned pork sausage for today’s Greek wiener! Lamb ain’t for everyone, which is weird but whatever. Classic tzatziki with dill and dukes, tomatos, and feta. Come get your summer on and then pour a shot of ouzo for someone else cause that’s stuff is trash and just grab a coors light. Come get one!

Miche is back! After a couple weeks of us playing catch up for restaurant orders we got it back into the mix. Will have it today and tomorrow! Come get the last of these butters to slather across a massive slice of whole wheat! And give shop attitude CC a wave while you’re at it.

Summer lovin’ happens so fast. Nothing more summery than cheeseburgers, except maybe Avrils cheeseburger sausage. I’ve been at the pool eating so many crappy wieners and when I saw this at the butcher I knew I was saved. Today for wiener Wednesday is the cheeseburger sausage with tomato, shrettuce, cheddar, and burger sauce. Skip work, hit up Ziegler(or Clinton Hills), grab a coors light(I’m a coors guy now), and enjoy the Midwest summer

Happy Friday! A little bit about the weekend, we will not be at the Hyde Park Farmers Market this Sunday. Everyone wanted off, so come today and tomorrow for bread! We have loads of sandwiches and pastries as well. New peach galettes, cereal milk cookies, and more! We have some buns floating around too for burgers and weiners. Come stock up for your grill out and be sure to drink lots of water with those coors lights. I’m a coors light guy now.

Might just be the best yet. My personal favorite from the smoked Texas Lockhart, sloppy celeriac/ horseradish slaw, and sauce on a bun. Limited but we did get a few extra this week ‘cause you bought all of them real quick last week. It’s wiener Wednesday, come through.

Last weekend for strawbs! Potentially new fruit galette next weekend but today is it for these lil bb’s. Get in before that heat wave blows us down! See you later at the pool with a marg.

Late to the post game today, apparently it’s more effective if I catch you all BEFORE you leave for work or whatever. Pastry changes this week mean we have some super tasty tomato and and quark with basil galettes and those good strawberry lads too.
