CareCore at Lakeridge turned the tables with a fun reverse coloring activity, and our Coloring Club brought every page to life with imagination and detail. 🎨✨
From soft colors to creative outlines, each piece showed a beautiful mix of focus, vision, and personal expression.
It was a relaxing and inspiring activity filled with creativity from start to finish.
CareCore at Lakeridge residents enjoyed a beautiful day out at Smith Park in Middletown with the Activities Team, watching planes take off and land while spending time together outdoors. The outing was made even better with pizza at the park, fresh air, and plenty of smiles around the table. It was a simple, joyful day filled with good food, great views, and meaningful moments. 🍕✈️

CareCore at Lakeridge residents had a fun outing at the movies to see Disclosure Day! It was a great chance to enjoy the big screen, share smiles, and spend time together outside the community. A little adventure, a little curiosity, and a lot of good company made the day extra memorable. 👽🎬

Our long-term care teams hold regular interdisciplinary care meetings where each resident's clinical, emotional, and social needs are reviewed and addressed as a whole. We are here for the long term because that is what every resident and family deserves. 💙 🏥
