📢 Exciting News at Colonial Ridge!

We’re thrilled to welcome Chris McDaniel as our new Property Manager! 🎉

Chris began his journey with Fath Properties in September 2020 as Assistant Community Manager at Montana Valley. Since then, his dedication and talent have taken him through roles there, at Romaine Court, and Red Bank Reserve, and earned him the prestigious title of Assistant Community Manager of the Year in 2022.

Chris was promoted to community manager at Romaine Court in November 2024 and now will take the helm here at Colonial Ridge in the same role to lead that community with the same passion that has made him such a valued member of the Fath family. His favorite part of the job? Building meaningful relationships with residents and coworkers and connecting with people from all walks of life.

When Chris isn’t at work, you can find him landscaping, growing houseplants, or spending time with his wonderful family—including his son, daughter, eight grandchildren, and his micro-Dachshund, Lulu. 🐾
