Childhood cancer is different. Kids bodies are different. And treatment options are different.

The reality is today, there are more than 700 oncology drugs available for adults, but only 76 are approved for children. And those that are used in pediatric oncology often come with harsh side effects that can cause life-long health impacts for kids.

For too many families, this means fewer treatment options, fewer trials, and fewer breakthroughs.

Every advance in childhood cancer starts with research. Every new treatment begins with a new idea. Kids deserve more options, and research is how we get there. 🎗️

Meet Challenge Champion of the week, Ziggy!

Ziggy is 2 years old, and was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in May 2026. She's shown so much bravery and resilience through her chemo and immunotherapy treatments. You can find her being active and playful, loving to have fun 24/7!

Her family and friends are coming together with Team Unfair to participate in the 100 Mile Challenge and will be walking, biking, and anything to get their miles in for Ziggy.

Ziggy's parents Dee and Malorie share, "Coming into this, we weren't educated or even had experienced cancer at this level and age. Now that we are aware of how underfunded childhood cancer is, we’re all in full force for the 100 Mile Challenge to bring more awareness and funding to the kids."

We all love a lemonade stand, and when you get to be part of Columbus' biggest lemonade stand with young entrepreneurs from across the city raising money for pediatric cancer, it's even sweeter.

Huge thank you to The Keri Croft Show and her team for choosing CancerFree KIDS as the beneficiary for the third annual Little Legends Lemonade Stand and raising more than $6,200 for our mission!
