Rooted in tradition and designed for the future, the Kenwood Country Club Centennial Project reflects a thoughtful balance between preservation and progress.

MSA Design partnered with Kenwood Country Club to enhance and modernize key areas across the campus while respecting the character of the club’s original 1930 English Tudor architecture. The result is a collection of updated spaces that create a more flexible, comfortable, and elevated experience for members while continuing the legacy of one of Cincinnati’s premier private clubs.

Seizan plays an important role in bringing projects to life, working closely with project managers to align design goals with timelines and budgets. With a strong understanding of educational and athletic facilities, he contributes thoughtful, detailed work across projects including Granville High School, Upper Arlington Schools, and Marion Local School District. Outside of work, you can find him on the pickleball courts or spending time with his family. We are grateful for the focus and expertise he brings to the team and wish him a great birthday and year ahead.

Happy Birthday to Jeremy L. Barker, Associate Principal | Project Architect 🎉

Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys motorcycle racing, flying, golf, home improvement projects, philosophy, fashion, fragrances, and mechanical watches. He is also passionate about music and spends time playing guitar, bass, and drums. One of Jeremy’s favorite projects has been Summit Park, a project that reflects the thoughtful design and collaborative work he enjoys most. He is also a fan of Cincinnati traditions like BLINK, bringing together creativity, culture, and community in memorable ways.

We appreciate Jeremy’s leadership, creativity, and passion he brings to every project and team interaction. Wishing him a fantastic birthday and a great year ahead!

Happy Birthday to Emma Sander, Interior Designer 🎉

When she is not designing inspiring spaces, Emma enjoys reading, running, crafting, reality TV marathons, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending time with her parents’ dog. She especially loves summertime concerts with friends, Opening Day traditions, and celebrating the holiday season.

Some of Emma’s favorite projects have been the Great Oaks career tech spaces, including the Laurel Law Lab, Diamond Dental Lab, and Scarlet Exercise Science Lab. She enjoys the opportunity to learn more about career tech programs while helping create environments that support future students and professionals.

We are thankful for Emma’s creativity, positivity, and passion she brings to the team every day. Wishing her the happiest birthday and a wonderful year ahead!

Happy birthday to Alexis Estoye, Graphic Designer.

Since joining MSA in 2024, Alexis has made a lasting impression with her positive attitude, calm approach, and quick sense of humor. She brings a lightness to the workplace that makes a difference in the day to day, while continuing to support thoughtful and creative work. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her corgis. We are grateful to have Alexis on the team and hope she has a fantastic birthday.

We’re proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Delaware Shared Services building.

This project will modernize and expand the existing facility to better support services through updated treatment spaces, improved accessibility, and new gathering areas designed for both providers and the community.
