Glenns Creek Manor, an age-restricted senior housing community in Frankfort, KY, is nearing completion. The community is 72,320 square feet and has 60 one-bedroom units, and 20 two-bedroom units.

This morning Kroger and Mayor Aftab Pureval celebrated the Grand Re-Opening of the Oakley marketplace with a ribbon-cutting ceremony!

The renovation entailed the relocation of underground electrical and plumbing to accommodate new refrigeration aisles and Kroger's new store layout. The exterior EIFS was repainted and new exterior signage was installed. The project had 4 phases and was completed in 3 months.

This 42,726 square foot, three-story affordable housing community is age-restricted (55+) and focuses on accommodating the deaf and hard-of-hearing. The building contains (27) one-bedroom units and (20) two-bedroom units.

The Cintech team recently celebrated the retirement of one of our most dedicated Superintendents, Scott Lucas.

With 30 years of hard work and effort, he represents the company's culture of commitment, loyalty, and integrity. He is to Cintech what any MVP athlete is to their corresponding team. It's difficult to think of the company without him as he is one of the few employees to be with Cintech for over a quarter of a century. Needless to say, he will always be considered a Hall of Famer at Cintech.

Progress continues at The Harmony at Anderson, a 110,000 sf assisted-living and memory-care facility that will contain 95 assisted-living units and 33 memory-care units.

Photos show the last area of the facility to be roofed. MEP rough-ins are quickly progressing inside where the building is dried-in.

Progress photos at Givaudan. We are constructing a new 2,000 SF Chiller System Building which will house cooling towers and centrifugal chiller pumps; these will provide significant energy savings for Givaudan’s Edison Campus. The new chiller piping will be routed from the Chiller Building through a courtyard to supply chilled water to each building at Givaudan’s Edison Campus.

In the photos below, Scherzinger Drilling, Inc. can be seen installing 17' deep piers into the earth with a 3’ wide auger drill. After each pier is drilled, 20’ long concrete rebar cages are installed in each hole and then concrete is placed. Six of these piers will support the weight of two 45,000 lb chilling towers!
