Halena Cline

Halena Cline lives in Northern Kentucky and has worked as a studio artist most of her adult life. She has a studio at the Pendleton Art Center.

I extrapolate ideas for my intricate, fine art pieces from individual relationships and perceptions of personal events. These contemporary paintings created in oil, watercolors, ink and collage often repeat a single individual and my view of them. Renditions may sometimes be more literal than symbolic. Other paintings offer a 'yin yang' view of my social and intrinsic nature interwoven with ideas from my personal history and current events--Halena Cline
