Do one thing today that reenergizes you and reminds you that you CAN do whatever you put your mind to. The thing that excites the fire in your soul and makes you want to eat goals for breakfast. It's different for everyone...it might be a walk through a museum, a good book, a 10-mile run, or a pep talk from your favorite podcast....but go and do it. Get back at it. Make 2023 your best year yet.
