Life’s Work Concierge, Cincinnati’s personal and home concierge service, is looking for part-time home concierges and personal assistants to join our team!
Life’s Work caters to busy individuals, working professionals and active families.
What is a home concierge? A home concierge is someone who helps to free up time in their client’s day so they can focus on the other “work” aspects of their life (job, relationships, hobbies, families, etc.) A concierge supports client’s with daily, weekly and/or monthly needs our clients never seem to have enough time to do. The goal is to build long-term relationships with clients and become a part of their fabric of life.
The right person will work with the support of our team to create the time in our client’s lives for them to focus on the things that mean the most to them!
Sample tasks can include, but not limited to:
-Running errands (i.e. dry cleaning, prescriptions, returns, etc.)
-Grocery shopping + meal prep
-Household management
-Laundry assistance
-Home organization and tidying
-Coordinating home vendors
It’s our job to foresee client needs, prioritize those needs, and complete assignments and communicate in the best manner that fits our clients day-to-day schedules.
We think the right fit will have the following qualities:
-A self-starter who enjoys working with initiative alone as well as with a team
-A forward thinker – can think of ways, on their own, to add value to our client’s experience with our service
-Highly detailed, conscientious, and a good time manager
-Naturally organized with the ability to be flexible in meeting goals
-Self-motivated and operates with a “no job too small” mentality
Normal business hours are 9 AM- 4 PM Monday through Friday, however flexibility is key as we often don’t know exactly what our clients' needs are until the week or day of. This job is a great fit for someone who is looking for flexible part-time work!

Job Requirements
-Previous customer service or in-home experience (preferred)
-Comfort using a smartphone to manage tasks and communicate
-Ability to stand for extended periods of time, maneuver in space, bend, etc.
-Ability to lift 30 pounds
-Comfort and ability to work in homes with pets, including cats and dogs (if there are allergies we can accommodate)
-A valid driver's license and vehicle to use during work (mileage reimbursement provided)
-Expectation of confidentiality regarding client matters

Schedule:
We currently have 8-12 hours of immediate client work available for this new team member. This role has room to grow for more hours if interested. Work hours must be completed anytime between 9am and 4pm; however this role is flexible to each team member's personal schedule!

Being stuck in your home for 3 months can really light a fire 🔥 under you for all the things that need to get done in your home.
But, as I'm sure we've all experienced, schedling home service providers can be a task in itself. Many providers are over booked and could require a bit of follow up to make sure you’re on their schedule.
We are are getting back to work with our clients and discussing all things home service appintments. Our team will handle the calls (and follow ups) to make sure tasks are handled in a timely manner 🏡

Ask your concierge to add these ingredients to your grocery list for the week.
Ingredients for topping:
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
1 c. cubed feta
1 c. quartered tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. sliced kalamata olives
1/4 c. chopped Persian cucumbers
1/4 chopped red onion
2 tbsp. freshly chopped dill
Ingredients for salmon:
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
4 salmon fillets (12-oz. total), patted dry with paper towels
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Marinate feta: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Season with pepper and add feta, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
Roast fish: Scatter the sliced lemon and red onion at the bottom of a large baking dish. Add salmon fillets, skin side down, to baking dish. Season with salt and pepper and bake until opaque and flaky, 18 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, make topping: Into the bowl with feta, add tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, chopped red onion, and dill. Fold gently to combine.
To serve: Plate salmon with lemon and red onion slices and top with feta mixture.
