The historic Gwynne Building is entering its next chapter as Fidelity Hotel prepares to open its doors in downtown Cincinnati.

HGC Construction served as Construction Manager on this adaptive reuse project, helping transform the building into a unique hospitality destination.

Cincinnati’s Fidelity Hotel Channels the Romance of Paris | Hospitality Design New Waterloo will open the door to Cincinnati’s Fidelity Hotel this July inside the historic Gwynne Building in Ohio.

Last week, we joined our partners at Neyer Properties to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Apartments at Three Oaks.

Located in Oakley, this new multifamily community will transform a former industrial site into a vibrant residential development featuring more than 350 apartment and townhome units, community amenities, green spaces, and gathering areas for future residents. Looking forward to bringing this space to life!

As Blume on 16th nears completion, we hosted a jobsite grill out with BMS CAT for our project team and trade partners, to celebrate the progress made and recognize the people bringing this project to the finish line.

Located just steps from The Ohio State University, Blume on 16th will provide modern student housing designed to support both campus life and the surrounding neighborhood.

We appreciate the partnership with Up Campus Student Living throughout the project and look forward to seeing Blume on 16th welcome its first residents!

The 7 West 7th Apartments project transformed the former Macy's global headquarters into the largest apartment community in downtown Cincinnati. HGC received an Eagle Award from ABC Ohio Valley Chapter for our work on this complex adaptive reuse project.

A look at what’s ahead for the Doherty Lotspeich Lower School at The Seven Hills School.

The 52,700 SF facility will bring kindergarten through fifth grade students together on the Hillsdale Campus, with dedicated learning spaces, outdoor environments, and opportunities for collaboration. We’re looking forward to building this project and appreciate our partners at SHP for bringing the vision to life through these renderings.

Office-to-residential conversions continue reshaping downtowns across the country, and Continental Tower is one example of that transformation taking place in Columbus.

Converting an existing office tower into residential space comes with a unique set of construction challenges, from structural modifications to major system upgrades, all while working within an existing structure.

Last week, students, district leaders, and community members came together to celebrate a major milestone at the new Kings High School with a beam signing ceremony.

While the final beam placement will take place this summer, the ceremony gave students the opportunity to leave their mark on the project and take part in this exciting moment before the school year ends. Kings Local School District

Originally built in 1906, the historic structure once helped define Cincinnati’s garment and textile industry. More than a century later, it has been reimagined into a modern residential landmark while preserving the industrial details that made it an icon in the first place.
