This event not only celebrates the all the hard work all the graduates have put in to graduate from high school, but also recognizes just how special they are for doing so under difficult circumstances. It's such a great night!

ProKids CASA Volunteers served 24 (we had some last minute additions!) of the almost 100 kids graduating from high school while in foster care in Cincinnati. While it’s wonderful to celebrate their achievements, it demonstrates how many more kids these days are in the system. We need more volunteers to stand up for more of these incredible kids!

Almost 100 teens in Hamilton County's foster care will graduate high school this summer. Officials tell us this is the biggest class they've had, which is reason to celebrate.

But it's also part of a growing concern, because it means more kids than ever are in the system.
