Last month, we had the wonderful opportunity to share our tips on “The Secret to Aging Gracefully” with local senior citizen residents in collaboration with our friend Sandra Jones at Serving Older Adults Through Changing Times. We had a great time engaging with them, learning a little bit about their day-to-day lives, and seeing how many of our tips they may already be incorporating into their routine.
