It’s alive! The next best superfood, NATTO! Japanese Natto are fermented beans, and great for your gut health. I made some of the Natto used in these images, it is worth the time, but can also be purchased at a specialty grocery.

Coincidentally, a lot of the Natto consumed in the East, is grown in the Midwest Unites States. To get my organic supplier tag in any foods that remind you of Natto!
