Elote Loco

So we know it's been quiet in here but the shelter in place order has led me to purchasing another food stand! This one is much more road ready and I have just a few cosmetic things to do, then Cincinnati will know all about Mexican street corn!!! Pretzel cart to Elote stand!! God willing this virus clears out... I will be ready for festivals this summer/fall once gatherings are allowed. Also if you have a contact that owns a business and might let me set up for the day, get me their info!!

Ok senor and senorita's...the stands structure is permanently secured to the trailer so it's going to be full steam ahead!!!

Since I'm out of demolition photos....I want to share with you all the other product being served at my stand. I'm so thrilled to be able to offer this yummy stuff!! The only other establishment in ohio to serve this is Kings Island. Let me introduce to you...BARRILITOS!! Its aqua fresca. I love it because it's just the right amount of flavor to the water and isn't overly sweet!! You all will love it!!

The stand is spending a few days with a welder then it's full steam ahead!! I've gotten some leads on some fall festivals so if you happen to see anything, tag us!!!
