Landscape installation and maintenance.

The responsibilities include and are not limited to the following duties:

· Planting

· Pest & W**d Control

· Pruning

· Harvesting

· Loading & Unloading

· Able to perform heavy lifting as needed

· Machine Operation, i.e. Bobcat, Tractor, Mower

· Perform other duties as directed

· Able to work well in a team environment

· Commitment to our loyal customers

· Valid driver’s license a plus.

Druffel Design & Landscape is a full service landscaping and design company with an immediate opening for a landscaper crew member / laborer within the Cincinnati area. Our focus is in high-end residential landscape design and maintenance, and as such our clients satisfaction is of the upmost importance. Crew members / landscape technicians will be required to represent Druffel Design and Landscape and the quality of work and services we provide to our clients. Starting pay is $16/hr with opportunity for bonuses. Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

The Ideal Crew Member Will Possess:

A strong work ethic and good attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed

Technical Skills:

Some experience in the landscape industry is a plus
Knowledge of plant material is beneficial

Compensation Package:

Starting pay is $16/hr
