This is what happens when you build with authenticity.

Years ago, Fred was just my neighbor when I had my first boat. We’d chat casually by the dock, not knowing those conversations were planting seeds.

What I didn’t expect was to hear years later that I had inspired him.
Fred already owned a business, but something about watching me pursue opportunities sparked something in him. That meant everything to me.

Fast forward to today: Fred wants to help bring Cincy Event Cruises to San Diego.

This is what we mean when we say relationships are capital.
When you build with honesty and vision, the network doesn’t fade..it expands.

And that’s exactly why we built BOSSMAN International School of Influence:
To show entrepreneurs how to lead with value, build real networks, and create opportunities wherever they go.

We’re not just scaling a companyvwe’re scaling a mindset.

California, we’re coming.

When I told Kudzi Bushu I’d be in Zimbabwe, I was simply hoping to reconnect with a friend.

What I didn’t expect was to walk into a full-scale processing plant that he owns..built quietly, with intention and vision.

No announcements. No ego. Just ex*****on.

It was a powerful reminder:
People won’t always tell you everything they’re working on.
But if you approach relationships with authenticity and humility, you’ll be invited into rooms that money can’t buy.

Kudzi didn’t just show me his work.. he introduced me to key players, gave insights on the mining game in Zimbabwe, and shared wisdom that most people guard.

And that’s exactly why we built BOSSMAN International School of Influence
To create a culture of real relationships, valuable knowledge-sharing, and access that’s rooted in character.

Because success is rarely loud.
But it’s always connected.

When purpose-driven people stay connected, powerful things happen.

Entrepreneurship is rarely a solo journey.
It takes belief, community, and the right relationshipspeople who listen when no one else will, who see potential when others overlook it.
That’s how ideas grow into movements.

We need more spaces where like-minded individuals can build, share, and support each other because success is never just about resources, it’s about relationships.

One of those meaningful relationships in my life is with Primrose Kurima.
We’ve known each other since high school and even though we live in different parts of the world, we’ve always stayed connected.
She’s a true go-getter—ambitious, purpose-driven, and passionate about empowering women.

That’s exactly why we built the BOSSMAN International School of Influence
to help people break through, connect deeper, and build businesses through mindset, value, and community.

This boat represents more than entertainment. It’s a vessel of vision.

From an idea to a movement… we’ve built something special on the Ohio River. Not by waiting for perfection but by showing up, delivering value, and documenting the journey.

This is a small piece of what’s coming with Bossman International School of Influence teaching people how to build brand, presence, and proof… one move at a time.

We started out young, curious, ambitious, and eager to learn from anyone doing something meaningful.
But it wasn’t easy.
The access wasn’t there. The blueprint wasn’t clear.

That’s why we’re so passionate today about building platforms that give young entrepreneurs the tools, stories, and strategies we wish we had.
