Flag Day marks the anniversary of the adoption of the American flag, a reminder of what it stands for and the people who have carried it forward through sacrifice and service.

In 2017, our team had the privilege of moving 60,000 lbs of granite from Ohio to Virginia Beach as part of the Navy SEAL Monument, a public memorial on the Virginia Beach boardwalk honoring the history and sacrifices of Navy SEALs and their predecessors, and recognizing Virginia Beach as the birthplace of these special operations forces.

Grateful to have played a role in bringing it to life. To all who serve and have served, thank you.

This Memorial Day weekend, we were proud to bring our Wreaths Across America trailer to the 3rd Annual Trimble County Shop with a Hero Car Show, a powerful community event dedicated to raising money so local children can shop for the holidays alongside police officers, firefighters, and first responders who give so much to keep us safe.

At Ace Doran, we are passionate about honoring our country and those who serve. Wreaths Across America's mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach is one we are deeply committed to supporting, and events like this remind us exactly why. We were honored to be present alongside our agents at GC Marsh and Sons and our partners at Nucor, united by a shared belief that showing up for our communities matters.
