It really pays off to be Honest and Ethical. I always look out for current AND Past clients. At 4 pm, when I do business usually because we all work 1st shift lol. One of my clients found a better deal elsewhere, and we were getting ready to cancel her. Upon getting the new documents to send in, I saw some issues.

Being a personal agent I work hard for my clients, regardless of if they are staying with me, or going to get a better deal. I treat everyone like they are family! After doing some digging and multiple calls, we were able to find out they completely wrote the policy wrong, and were just trying to make a sale! Needless to say she stayed with me and I will continue to make sure she is taken care of.
