Hey friends, something bad happened to us, and we could use your help.
Yesterday a disgruntled customer, after being told they couldn’t rent due to a policy violation and carrying inadequate insurance, decided to retaliate and leave a bunch of 1-star Google reviews.
This brought our average down from 5-stars to 3.7 😞
Having a strong presence on Google is the primary way new people find our business, and having a damaged reputation greatly inhibits that.
