In English - Zillow fundamentally overlooked the human element in real estate. Stocks appreciate/depreciate because millions of people buy/sell them daily - the price is live on market w/ millions of global participants. Real estate renovations do not benefit from market price parity, they do not cooperate, and nor do many of the “professionals” inside the category. It can be done, but you have to start small Zillow.
