✨my favorite summer salad✨This Italian bread salad is versatile, super easy to make, and so satisfying😍Simply toast good quality bread (you can use a day old bread too!) and toss with what veggies you have (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots, arugula … ), canned tuna, tasty olives and boiled eggs if you like - extra protein! Finish it up with a sprinkle of chopped fresh basil, a nice drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Save my Crawfish Boil Recipe! You can do this with shrimp as well if you can’t find fresh crawfish. I had 10 pounds of crawfish and made two separate sauces one spicy and one not for my family. For my spicy sauce I did one stick of butter, 3 tbsp minced garlic, juice of a whole lemon, 1/2 cup of chicken stock (forgot to film that part), 1 tbsp creole seasoning, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp lemon pepper and 1 tsp sugar. I boiled the crawfish for about 7 minutes in salt and lemon juice and served with potatoes, corn and sausage. #crawfishboil #crawfish #seafoodboil #boilingcrab #seafoodrecipes #seafoodlover #recipevideo #cookingvideo #dinnerideas 06/13/2023
