As a DSP you will provide assistance to individuals in a group home setting. No experience necessary. Requirements are High School Diploma or GED, 18 years of age, Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential home for adults with developmental disabilities. Ensures the welfare of our residents; provides training, education, support, and guidance to the individuals to assist them with daily activities and experience life with dignity and wholeness. Supervises and directs the work of the Direct Support Professional team.

Requirements:
• A High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A valid drivers’ license and a good driving record
• At least two years DD residential experience
• At least two to three years supervisory experience

Last week we celebrated the birthday of the Reds' #1 fan, Greg. It was wonderful of you to swing by to let us spend a few minutes of your special day with you.

The gentleman at our Duvall home have hearts of gold. They threw a baby shower for two of their Direct Support Professionals who are expecting. The compassionate caring definitely is a two way street. Congratulations ladies!

For the first time in over a year, Christy, one of our Grant residents, was finally able to hug her mom. They have been doing socially distanced visits for several months and were more than ready to embrace. It truly was a magical moment!
