🇺🇸 Had the honor of serving a Veteran that was searching for a home, and relocating to the area! When I met my client and he told me how his family had a short window to find a home I got right to work. I connected with him on a Friday, virtually showed 6 houses in 2 days (on top of a family day at the pumpkin patch, church, and attending the Bengals game) and had multiple others they decided to pass on before seeing. Was able to get an offer submitted with favorable terms for both the buyer and seller, we and were under contract by Tuesday.
