So what is Network Spinal? Good question!
Network Spinal is a gentle and precise approach that addresses the whole person - including physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Gentle contacts are made along specific areas of the spine that cue the brain into areas of tension and bound energy. Over time the brain begins to develop new strategies allowing the bound energy to be released and utilized by the body for healing, growth, and transformation. 🌱✨
