🧹 Job Duties Include:
• Cleaning common areas such as tables, elevator doors, stairways, and small parking areas
• Replacing trash bags and disposing of trash properly
• Cleaning lamps and maintaining general cleanliness
• Using a leaf blower to clean certain outdoor areas
• Keeping work areas neat and organized

✅ Experience is not required, but it is recommended
✅ Must be comfortable standing for long periods and bending frequently
✅ 30% English required
✅ Uniform will be provided

• Limpiar áreas comunes como mesas, puertas de elevadores, escaleras y áreas pequeñas de estacionamiento
• Reemplazar bolsas de basura y tirar la basura
• Limpiar lámparas y mantener las áreas limpias y organizadas
• Usar sopladora de hojas para limpiar ciertas áreas exteriores
• Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y ordenadas

✅ No se requiere experiencia, pero se recomienda
✅ Debe sentirse cómodo(a) estando de pie por largos períodos y agachándose constantemente
✅ Se requiere 30% de inglés
✅ Se proporcionará uniforme
