Dante pushed every one he knew to show up for themselves by staying active, no matter what fitness level they are at. He also knew what it was like to start and restart a fitness journey, coming back from not being able to walk after his 2018 coma to become the absolute beast in the gym we all knew him to be. As a personal trainer, he encouraged with positivity and enthusiasm, believing that we are all and everybody starts from somewhere.

A few months ago, Dante's sister decided to start training from...let's just say a very un-Dante level of fitness... with the goal to run a 5k at the in honor of Dante. This past weekend, she kept that promise to him.

This is your friendly reminder from the Longo Strong Foundation that fitness is for all, no matter your size, shape, or starting point. This is also a teaser that we will have some very exciting updates regarding our initiative coming soon!
