Please welcome NEW YORK CHEESECAKE to the family. I couldn’t even wait to dig into this beautiful cake long enough to do a proper staging for this picture. Cooked the top a little too much but it didn’t even matter! So good. This cake has a shortbread crust, but I must say, I’m a little partial to the classic graham cracker
