Green Development - a property management company, whose properties are located in rural areas of Oklahoma and Kansas; is looking for a Positive and Outgoing Individual to fill an open full time position in Chouteau OK.

Starting pay $9.00 an hour and up depending on experience. Full time employees are eligible for benefit packages after 90 days, Medical offered after 60 days. Benefits include Paid time off, Health, Dental and Vision plans, 401K plan matching up to 6%, Paid Holidays, Employee only Life insurance plan (no cost to the employee for this plan), Potential for raise after 90 day evaluation. Yearly raises based on performance and more.
