🚨 MISSING AT-RISK ADULT 🚨

The Alameda Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 78-year-old Raymond Chairez, who has been reported missing and is considered at risk due to his age.

Mr. Chairez was last seen around 8:30 am on Monday, June 15, in the 1700 block of 9th Street as he was heading to work. Prior to returning home, he mentioned plans to visit locations on 11th Street and 16th Street in West Oakland.

At approximately 9:15 pm, the Alameda Police Department began investigating a missing person report after Mr. Chairez failed to return home. Officers have searched throughout the evening and early morning hours but have not yet located him.

Mr. Chairez was last seen wearing navy blue jeans, a white long-sleeve shirt, a black jacket, and the hat pictured in the accompanying photo.

Anyone who has seen Mr. Chairez or has information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the Alameda Police Department at (510) 337-8340.
