Arbor Post Acute

Robin was a resident at Arbor Post Acute for about two months when she came up one day and asked "Is it okay if my horse stops by for a visit?" After a few phone calls and a brief dive into our pet policy, our admissions and activities departments were able to arrange everything needed for Echo the horse to pay his visit! Robin had not been able to see Echo for nearly three months at this point and was afraid he would not recognize her, but when he made his visit late last month he was overjoyed to see his person again as the two shared a heartfelt reunion.
Residents and staff were excited to enjoy an unexpected visit from a horse while Robin and Echo got to make up for lost time.

Here at Arbor Post Acute we love to see furry friends of all shapes and sizes! All we ask is that you check in to the front desk and provide up to date vaccine records! If you have any further questions you can call our facility or leave us a message online.

We are now in National Certified Nurses Assistant Appreciation Week! We are thankful and grateful for our many amazing and hardworking CNAs here at Arbor Post Acute.

Today we observe Memorial Day and give thanks to those who have served our country and are no longer with us. Here at Arbor Post Acute we've had the honor and pleasure of caring for vets of every branch, and we thank them all for their service and sacrifice.

Meet Rianna McCarty, our Director of Staff Development!

When asked what she loves about her job, Rianna commented that she loves “to educate, guide, and help others understand the importance of person-centered care”!

Outside of work, Rianna enjoys camping and being in the sun with her dogs. She also enjoys nature, frogs, rainbows, and her family.
