B-Line Plus Regional Service brings weekday medical transportation between Butte County communities for the first time. If you're 65 or older or have a disability and need to get to a medical appointment between Chico, Oroville, Paradise, Gridley or Biggs, this service was built for you!

$10 one-way, $15 round-trip. Reservations required in advance.

Riders should not expect to see old fare boxes on B-Line vehicles at this point - Removal of the old fare boxes that accepted paper passes began on June 1st - If a vehicle still has an old fare box, it may or may not accept old passes & drivers will not be able to accept old passes - B-Line staff are able to exchange any valid paper passes and load them onto a new B-Line Smart Card free of charge - Passes can be exchanged at the Chico Transit Center on W. 2nd and Salem (across from Chico State) or at the BCAG/B-Line offices on Huss Drive - MONDAY, AUGUST 31st IS THE LAST DAY TO EXCHANGE OLD PASSES - Please visit https://www.blinetransit.com/smart-cards or call B-Line customer service at (530) 342-0221 for more information.

Recruitment for the next round of appointments to the BCAG Social Services Transportation Advisory Council (S.S.T.A.C.) is now open! Applications are due Friday, 7/31/2026.

In honor of the holiday, on Saturday, July 4th, there will be no B-Line services. All offices and the Chico Transit Center will be closed.

On Friday, July 3rd, all B-Line services (PLUS, FLEX & Fixed Route) will be operating. The Chico Transit Center will be open, along with the B-Line/Transdev office on Huss Drive (Suite #125). The BCAG office (Suite #150) will be closed.

B-Line Plus Regional Service is for:

- Travel to a medical appointment in another community
- Seniors 65 and older ($10 one-way)
- People with ADA-certified disabilities ($10 one-way)
- The general public if room on vehicle at time of booking ($15 one-way)
