Just shot my 9th 300 tonight using the new Pink Black Widow Urethane...12th went to new York. But it carried. Been a long time coming. Last 300 was April 3rd 2004..Day before my dad left this planet.

Getting ready to make some dust on these new babies.

I would like to thank Mike Jasnau for coming to Chico for 2 days and giving lessons to some bowlers. I am sorry we were unable to get everyone a lesson, but this was short notice. I will be working with the local bowling association and Mike for him to come back in the future for lessons. He plans on making this a stop every year if we can keep this going. Let me know if you would like to have a future lesson the next time he is here.

Setting up for demo day...have 6 different balls for you to try before you buy...today and tomorrow 11am to 3 pm...2 hours of unlimited bowling..you can bring your own stuff to compare and get some practice also..the balls to demo are only in 14 and 15 lbs...sorry...but feel free to come down and throw all you can bowl for 2 hrs. Cost is $20.00...

Ball demo week starting on the 19th of June thru June 25th...we will have 2 demo days..and also you can set up times to use them when available. Leagues will have option to use balls also...league flyer will be out soon. Please contact me if you want to come one of these demo days..I have limited lanes for those days...I want everyone here for those events to be able to enjoy at least 2 hrs with the balls to see if they are right for you.

Pro shop will be open Friday April 2nd at 4 PM.

With Butte County going in the orange teir, the pro shop again will reopen on Friday April 2nd at 4 PM. After being closed for 126 days this time due to COVID shutdown I am ready to hit the lanes and help you all with your bowling needs. I do have some good balls on inventory that are last years items and will be closing out inventory and restocking with new inventory. Please no more than 2 in the shop at a time. Hours will be as follows:

Mondays. 5 PM til 8 PM
Tuesdays 5 PM til 9 PM
Wednesdays. 4 PM til 8 PM
Thursdays 4 PM til 630 PM
Fridays 4 PM til 7 PM
Saturdays 1 PM til 6 PM
Sundays.....By appointment

Hours are subject to change based on business needs and COVID.

The Tuesday night warm up league will be back next Tuesday April 6th at 6:30 PM. This is a singles drop in league. We are going to extend the league until June 29th. The cost is $12 each night, but you only pay for the nights you attend. This league is sanctioned so you can establish a book average. USBC cards are $24 if you do not have one and if you have one from a different association then it will cost $9.00 for an intersanction fee. This league you bowl 3 games a night. Well as everyone knows, Butte county was put into the purple teir again for COVID. With this being done, the bowling alley has closed again as of today the 17th. This also means the pro shop has to close again and this is now the 3rd time since this pandemic has hit that I have to close down again. We are not sure how long this will last this time, but if we go by the governors time-line this could be at least 6 weeks. This will put us into the beginning of January. Everyone please be safe and take care. I would like everyone to get through this.
