Trucking Sales & Dispatch Coordinator

Kite Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Sales & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the efficient dispatching of trucks and drivers to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, has a drive for sales, and has excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone with a strong drive to sell, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, bids, and proposals to customers.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Dispatch Duties
- Schedule and coordinate drivers, trucks, and loads to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, instructions, and support.
- Monitor load status and resolve any issues or delays quickly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in trucking, logistics or transportation industry preferred.
- Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch operations, load boards, and salesforce is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- CDL A is a plus

Class A Dump Truck Driver for Local Work

Currently seeking day shift Class A drivers.
Differential pay being offered on experience

Local Trucking Company that offers a diverse range of services to the surrounding community. We are currently looking, for immediate hire, local Class A truck drivers to run our Super 10/End Dump/Transfer. We mainly haul aggregates. Starting pay is competitive and negotiable. Low Boy and Heavy Equipment Operating experience is a plus.

Benefits include Retirement Program, Medical Benefits, and Paid Holidays.

Must have at least 2 yrs. experience and a clean driving record.

Looking for Candidates who can:
- Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Be punctual
- Keep your truck clean (inside and out)
- Fill out and turn in all necessary paperwork/inspections daily
- Transport materials to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow designated routes and schedules for deliveries
- Ensure proper securing of loads to prevent shifting or damage during transportation
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck and equipment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the truck

Must have:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver or operating heavy equipment preferred
- Knowledge of proper loading and unloading techniques for different types of materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to interact with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of operating heavy equipment and lifting heavy loads
