My daughter will be selling her Spray ‘n Sniff Spritzers this Saturday the 13th at the Ho**er Oak Sprouting Business Market from 11-2. She has made 4 essential oil blends at $6 each: Serenity, Holiday, Citrus Bloom and Clean. They make great stocking stuffers and can be used as air fresheners, natural perfume or linen spray. If you cannot make it to Ho**er Oak this Saturday, hit me up and we can make arrangements.

I am excited to announce that the very talented Jennifer Wraith is practicing massage at Pernell Wellness. Reach out if you would like her contact info to book. Here is her bio:
Jennifer began studying massage therapy and graduated from Breneke School of Massage in Seattle, WA in 1997. Her training included, Lomi Lomi, Reiki and specific injuries, relating to athletes. Shortly after graduating , Jennifer moved to Lake Tahoe and worked at The Resort at Squaw Creek. Here she received La Stone Hot Stone Therapy training. She then moved to the Big Island of Hawai’i, where she lived for 8 years. While working at The Orchid Spa Mauna Lani, she gleaned a more in depth understanding of Lomi Lomi, Hawaiian massage which is reflected in the long sweeping strokes, sets of three and use of forearms. Jennifer moved back to her hometown of Chico, CA to complete her degree in Exercise Physiology.

Jennifer specializes in detailed bodywork that addresses the deeper tissues with an emphasis on feeling really good. Currently, she is only accepting female clients.
