In our experience, providing your billing information to these companies will cause your PG&E bill to increase, sometimes substantially. Additionally, Everett Apartments does not allow these companies to do work on our property. If you have provided personal information to these people, we suggest reaching out to PG&E to verify your billing has not been changed or additional fees added. If they knock on your door, please ignore them or ask them to leave. If you see them back on the property, please reach out to your Resident Manager or the main office at (530)891-5221, or call Chico Police Department nonemergency at (530)897-4900.
