All Around Sound

Today is the 40th Anniversary of All Around Sound, a Chico Car Stereo Store. She began the day after Thanksgiving in 1985, and continues to move forward with everything related to Car Stereo. After the installation of thousands of car stereos, amplifiers, speakers, televisions, cameras and other car electronics, she is still going strong. This would have never been possible without the dedicated employees who have brought expertise that is unmatched. Additionally, our success truly, belongs to our customers who go back many generations, and continue to shop, where their parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents shopped for Car Stereo. There is no doubt the past 40 years of our success in the Car Stereo industry has been a "Group effort," and a lot of fun.

Chico has been very good to us, and we appreciate everyone who has been part of this, very fast, 40 year history.

Been awhile since we have posted but rest assured we are still here doing all the great things that happen in the world of car stereo. Today we celebrate 39 years in business. The name says it all!

Jeep connoisseur Scott has owned and rebuilt over 30 Jeeps over the years. His latest duo, a 1946 Jeep flat fender and a 1962 W***ys Wagon were lost to the Camp Fire sadly. The "Green" 1962 had a planned restoration after a house remodel. Many parts were collected and stashed away just waiting for the remodel to finalize. The Camp Fire claimed the Jeep, house, and almost all possessions of Scott and family. Like so many others that day...
Fast forward one month and its time to start over. Scott found a 1956 W***y Wagon in Yosemite Ca already retrofitted with a 302 V8 and aftermarket heat and AC. Purchased.
Christmas Eve 2018 Scott's wife purchases a gift certificate to install a simple stereo and speakers...but simple is too ordinary perhaps. So we let the creative juices flow.

Patio Cruiser came in with a custom roof/top deck added on. And we thought it would be a good idea to hang aimable 8" Rockford Fosgate wake board speakers x4. We also added 4 interior speakers, radio, 12" woofer, and 3 batteries....
Customer is super happy. And I quote, "loudest boat on the lake".
