All set up and ready for the Lavender Fields vintage market tomorrow. Show hours are 9-3 and entry Tickets can be purchased at the door for $5.

I’ve been waiting for this top to arrive since I ordered it in January. It is sooo worth the wait.

So many great new arrivals to choose from. All of these and more will be coming with me to the Lavender Fields Vintage Market on Saturday in Biggs.

Getting ready for the Lavender Fields show on Saturday. These great old watering cans look even better with the potato vines I bought today at the Plant Barn in them. I will definitely have to bring a few to the show.

There is just something about doing a show at a Lavender Ranch that makes me want to bring my best French goodies. So this old French wash stand will be making the trip to the Lavender Fields show in a few weeks, as will the wonderful French Lavender soap I import from Marseille.

I’m obsessed. Head over heels in ❤️ with the embroidered patchwork pants that just arrived. Magnolia Pearl style for a fraction of the price. Sizes small to x-large.

Step 1: find the cute garden chairs.
Step 2: drive an hour to pick them up
Step 3: go to the hardware store and buy a panel of thick wood to make seats and back supports. Make cardboard patterns, trace them on ply wood and cut them out.
Step 4: find seat cushions that actually fit the oversized chair bottoms. Then hunt all over town for other garden cushions with the same fabric to use on the back rests.
Step 5: use the store bought cushions to upholster the ply wood bases.

It’s been quite a long process and it took ALL day just to get the cushions for one of the pair chairs finished, but it sure looks good now that it’s done. Next day I have off work will be used finishing up chair #2.

Now the hard part is going to be actually selling them because they are fabulous, well made and look really, really cute in my garden.
