LOCATIONS & HOURS FOR SAME DAY WALK-IN NEW INJURIES, DOT PHYSICALS, PRE-EMPLOYMENT/IMMIGRATION PHYSICALS (DRUG SCREENS/ BAT TESTING/AUDIOGRAMS/SPIROMETRY ARE DONE AT BOTH CLINICS 5 DAYS A WEEK). SAME DAY WALK-INS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 4 PM TO ALLOW ADEQUATE TIME FOR PAPERWORK COMPLETION:

WALK-IN SERVICES AVAILABLE:
Physicals (DOT, pre-employment, fit-for-duty, Hazmat, respiratory, immigration), drug and alcohol testing (BAT), audiograms, and spirometry.
Please note that we do not offer walk in follow up appointments for existing workers compensation patients. Follow ups need to be scheduled.
