Wow! What a great day for a race! Thanks everyone for coming out to make this such a fun event. Huge thanks to our many volunteers that helped make it all go so smoothly…. we couldn’t do it without you! And thanks again to our sponsors Bidwell Perk, Klean Kanteen, and The Printed Image. Doesn’t look like we’ll have the Frost but likely will have the Fog. That could make it hard to see your competition to win these awesome prizes! A HUGE thanks to everyone who came to packet pick up tonight….it will help make race day smoother! It was nice to see everyone. We hit Costco on the way home for some of the post race food. Getting excited!! Frost or Fog 10-Mile, 1/4 Marathon & 5K

Frost or Fog 10-Mile, 1/4 Marathon & 5K packet pick up is Thursday 1/22 from 4 a 6:30 pm at Round Table Pizza on Forest Avenue. Random racers will win a prize as a thank you for coming before race morning. We also have a very limited amount of flannel pants from last year for sale for $25….mostly large and xl. Packets will also be available starting at 8 am on race day.

We are just under a week away from the Frost or Fog 10-Mile, 1/4 Marathon & 5K! Packet pick up will be on Thursday January 22nd at Round Table Pizza at 2027 Forest Ave. Chico, CA 95928 from 4-6:30 pm. Race morning always goes smoother when you pick your bib/swag up early! Random racers will get prizes for coming to packet pick up rather than waiting til Saturday morning.

We are looking for volunteers for the 2026 Frost or Fog 10-Mile, 1/4 Marathon & 5K to be held on Saturday, January 24th. We still need about 10 people to help make this an excellent event. Duties range from manning an aid station to pointing runners in the correct direction to handing out finisher item to helping with post race food. Please comment below or PM us if you are able to help. Shifts start no earlier than 7 am and include swag, snacks and high fives! Thanks in advance for helping us put on this event!

Bidwell Perk will be providing the pre/post race coffee at the Frost or Fog! (There will also be hot water to make cocoa). Did you know they recently opened a drive-thru location at the corner of Mangrove & 9th Avenue (formerly Cal Java)? They also host a variety of fun events from Trivia Night to cribbage club to group runs to comedy shows. They also offer their space as an event venue rental. We are excited to announce that Klean Kanteen is providing our prizes for the Frost or Fog this year! The first three Male and Female finishers overall in each distance race will get a Klean Kanteen product.
