Sue Kratz, Executive Director of the Heartland Fabricare Association, is asking for some help from our members. Please see her message below.

For our upcoming NexGen Expo, we are putting together a presentation about how different generations view drycleaning. We are asking that all Association Executives to please share the following link with their members and request that their members share it with their friends, family, and customers. We are looking for results from NON-DRYCLEANERS, so we can actually see how the general public perceives the industry. This will directly impact how dry cleaners need to market their business to different generations.
