Forgetting to make time to get in the booth themselves.

A wedding can pull you in so many different directions, and the night moves quickly. If getting a photo strip together is important to you, schedule a few minutes for it, or ask your coordinator, photographer, or a friend to remind you.

The photo booth gives you a space to come back together, just the two of you, and share a little moment away from everything happening around you.

And having that photo strip in your hands at the end of the night? Priceless 💗

Lately, we keep hearing the same thing from our couples: they loved their photo guest book.

It’s always included in our one simple wedding package because if you ask us the best keepsakes are the ones you can hold.

We set up the guest book beside the bus, where our attendant helps your guests add a copy of their photo and leave a note. By the end of the night, it’s filled with heartfelt messages, inside jokes and playful doodles.

It becomes archive of not only who was there, but how it felt to celebrate together.

It’s been a while since we introduced ourselves here, so I thought I’d start at the beginning, and share why we began Fernweh.

We wanted more time with our daughter, the freedom to create our own schedules and the opportunity to build something together as a family.

It’s been two years since we bought Fern, fixed her up and reintroduced her as Fernweh Photo Bus.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the support we’ve received or for the life this little bus is helping us create.

I’m Sarah, and you’ll usually find me behind the scenes, working on design and social media, answering your emails and calls, and tending to all the little details.

Fred is often the one attending weddings and events, welcoming your guests and taking care of the bus.

And every once in a while, at markets and family-friendly events, you’ll find the whole crew together, including our tiniest roadie.
