James Slay is a Chicago based rapper/lyricist from the group Clark & Division. Just a kid who loves C&D repping, bar spitting, Chi city, human heater .

That basically sums James Slay up but to elaborate Slay is a product of a hobby turning into a passion. Slay began interest in rap after his bandmates in Clark & Division convinced him to participate in freestyling over whatever instruments were in Hans' room.
