Exciting News!

Our founder Raquel Bolton is honored to officially be recognized as a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals!

This certification represents my deep commitment to workforce development, economic empowerment, and creating pathways to success for underserved communities. As a CVI Strategy & Impact Specialist, I know that access to quality jobs and training is a key pillar in preventing violence and fostering community stability.

I look forward to using this certification to further connect resources, develop innovative workforce solutions, and drive sustainable change—especially for individuals facing systemic barriers to employment.
