The Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) will be re-opening its site-based waitlist for one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three bedroom rent-subsidized project-based voucher (PBV) units for Poppard Place located at 1593 Shermer Road, Northbrook, IL 60062.
To be eligible for a PBV unit at this property, applicants MUST disabled or a member of the family must be disabled. You must provide evidence of the disability at the time of application.

• Applications Available: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
