Founded in August 2020, Chicago Ray Records sits near the corner of Clark and Greenleaf in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood.
We offer new and used vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, audio equipment, DVDs, Blu Rays, books, and various music memorabilia. Owner Ray Pate says the opening of the store was a long time dream. Having had to leave his prior location in 2016, Ray found himself with a significant record collection in storage. With Ray's passing we are having the final sale in Chicago Ray Records. We hope we can get some of the music and other items to happy homes where they can be enjoyed.
